🏆 Win Detection & Claiming Process
SweepFlow makes it easy to spot instant wins, but many high-value prizes are awarded later — and those don’t show up in the bot. This guide walks you through how to catch both instant and delayed wins, what to do next, and how to avoid losing a prize.
🔔 Two Types of Wins
Sweepstakes wins fall into two main types:
Instant Wins
You know immediately after entry
Examples: Spin-to-win, scratchers, instant gift card drops
Shown in SweepFlow’s Logs → Wins tab
Main Prize Wins (Delayed Wins)
Selected after entry period ends (usually via random draw)
You’ll be notified by email, not in the bot
Can take days or even weeks after the entry date
🧠 Most high-value sweeps (e.g., PS5s, $1K cash, trips) are not instant wins — watch your email!
📧 How to Check for Delayed Wins
Since SweepFlow can’t detect draw-based prizes, here’s how to manually catch your wins:
1. Monitor Your Inbox
Log into the email tied to your sweep entries
Search for terms like:
“Congratulations”
“You’ve been selected”
“Winner Notification”
“Claim your prize”
“You’re a potential winner”
Many senders are third-party promo agencies — not the brand itself
Check Spam, Promotions, and Social tabs if using Gmail
🔔 Set up email alerts or filters using Gmail rules so nothing slips throug
2. Use AYCD Inbox Manager (optional)
If managing hundreds of emails, AYCD can:
Log in to inboxes via IMAP
Monitor all emails in one dashboard
Export messages or auto-forward win notices
Great for bulk setups using catchalls or Outlooks.
🎁 What to Expect in a Win Email
Most prize emails will include:
A “congratulations” subject line
Details on the prize won
Instructions to confirm identity
A form or link to submit your claim
A deadline (usually 48–72 hours)
Some may ask for:
Full legal name
Shipping address
Government-issued ID
Affidavit or signature confirming eligibility
🧾 Save and screenshot everything. If the email disappears or expires, having a record helps.
🔄 After You Win
Once you win — whether through logs or email:
Pause or retire that profile
Claim ASAP — some sweeps revoke prizes if you’re too slow
Create a new profile to continue entering the same sweep (if allowed)
Mark the win in your own tracker (Excel, Notion, etc.)
💡 Pro Tips
Use a dedicated inbox for sweeps if possible
Check emails daily, especially after a big drop or deadline
Respond to prize emails with proper formatting and matching data
Don’t ignore spam folder — many winners miss prizes because of it
If you win something big (trip, TV, $1,000+), expect follow-up paperwork
